- Animals are brought out in lots of 5–20 (goats/sheep) or individually (cattle/camels)
- Auctioneer announces breed, weight, origin, and starting price
- Fast, open bidding – raise your paddle to bid
- Highest bidder wins → pay immediately or within 30 minutes

- Health certificate not older than 7 days
